Music Helps make You Move

Music is one of the great motivational factors... regardless of whether it's working out, or having a night out... listening to the right tunes can decide the extent to which we are enjoying what we are doing.

Music can put you into your "zone", makes you desire to move, and boosts your mood.

Why do we like music? Every generation has its own answer. Regardless of the answers both generations acknowledge that it has an impact on their health. It is accomplished in a variety of ways... such as emotions, and reminiscing.

Maybe you've had a bad day, and you're laying on your couch with your headphones plugged in playing the new release from your favorite artist or you're working out.

Music can provide a respite from fatigue and pain to the point that you do not dislike that stitch on your side! It can elevate your mood and increase endurance. A song that is upbeat can inspire you to do more to make the time spent working out appear as if it went by in a flash.

There's nothing better than listening to the theme from Rocky (Gonna Fly Now), AC/DC's You Shook Me All Night Long or Survivor's Eye Billionaire B of the Tiger to get the adrenaline pumping!

While doing yoga or studying what about a quieter playlist, songs such as Yellow by Coldplay, as well as the stirring of it Up Bob Marley?

How about having a night of dancing to the latest tunes from Taylor Swift or Justin Bieber What a wonderful way to hang out with friends as well as meet new people and work out! Dancing is also a great way to increase your balance.

Some say it is possible that soft music could cause people to slow down eating, causing them to be more mindful of the food they're eating and how much they eat.

A few people prefer to listen to music during work to help focus on the tasks at hand, (or to simply block out the man who is in the next cubicle who is constantly on the phone!) They say they're more efficient and can think of more ideas while listening to music because it boosts their mood. There are those who believe that wearing earbuds or headphones all day is perceived as unacceptable and as if people weren't doing their jobs.

Regardless of what you listen and where there are a myriad of possibilities to listen to music. For instance, from Bluetooth speakers (also great for a backyard barbecue! ) and to Bluetooth headphones to pair along with your armband for your Smartphone when you run or walk as you take in the beautiful outdoors.
